Transaction categorization and data entry
Account reconciliation
Payroll processing and management
Accounts receivable (AR) management
Accounts payable (AP) management
Financial reporting using QuickBooks Online platform
Related bookkeeping consultation services
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information
Grant necessary access to financial accounts, records, and QuickBooks Online
Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Notify us immediately of any suspected errors or discrepancies
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed according to the agreed-upon engagement letter
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
5. Confidentiality and Data Security
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that electronic transmission of data carries inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our services are advisory in nature, and final business decisions remain your responsibility.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a final accounting and return all client materials within a reasonable timeframe.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technology failures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
